Jordan Gatton-bumpas

Jordan Gatton-Bumpus, along with close friend of the band Sam Jones, created the name Midnite Snack and for years joked about starting it up. At its inception, Jordan took on the role of lead vocalist, and has now taken over the position of bassist since Ryan is off doing cool stuff in Nashville. He hopes people have a good time watching Midnite Snack grow and perform, and is excited to release originals songs with his band mates in the near future.

Jackson Boling

Jackson’s career as a rockstar began in 2009 with the release of LEGO Rockband. He, alongside childhood friends Ryan Smith and William Blake, would jam to Summer of ‘69 with a plastic guitar and microphone in hand. The idea of actually being in a band was never a thought that occurred to Jackson, even though the concept of Midnite Snack was an inside joke between him and his friends throughout highschool. It wasn’t until he received a keyboard for Christmas in 2016 that the dream started to become a reality. Now having played for nearly two years, as well as dabbling with the harmonica and guitar, Jackson is a proud member of Midnite Snack, and looks forward to his future in music.

Thomas Andersen

Thomas, a founding member, is super pumped to be getting Midnite Snack back up and running. For years, he listened to his friends talk about a band, and he finally decided to just make it happen and get everyone on board. Thomas has played guitar for a few years for church functions and is excited by the challenge that has come with learning to play more complex music. He looks forward to completing some original music with the band in the coming months.

William blake

William has been friends with the band mates for years. He picked up the guitar about a year ago and started diddling around on it with little music theory knowledge. Him and the fellow band mates can’t wait to enjoy a couple of snacks at midnight and to contribute to the future of this band.

bLAKE defendorf

When the band first started, Blake was friends with all of the band members and would help them set up their gear and watched them play. After a couple of months, Blake was approached and asked if he would want to be an addition to the band. He has been playing the drums for eight years now and thought it would be a fun time to join their band. He's looking forward to all of the originals the band is going to produce and the covers they plan on pLaying.

Ryan Smith

If you’re reading this, it’s too late. Ryan Smith has left his hometown of Knoxville off to a different ville (that of Nash). He’ll definitely be back though, even if that means he just walks across the stage once in the middle of a gig without telling anybody. Hmm..well, what can I say about Ryan? For one, he most certainly yet debatably played bass for Midnite Snack in high school. In fact, he bought his amp with 100 McKays credits. Is that a good fact? No? Okay we’ll just delete that later. You know what he is pretty good at? Jumping around on stage with an intense aura. Actually, let’s just start this from the beginning: Ryan Smith, now based in Nashville, is a professional mover on stage with enthusiasm and angst.  Sometimes he sings. Sometimes he plays bass. Sometimes he doesn’t do any of things. But one thing’s for certain: he exists and I bet you can’t disagree with me there. Anyway, I’m tired. Is that good? Good enough? Actually, let’s just scrap the whole thing..
